What we can help with

  • A tool gives a wrong or confusing result — include the page you tested and what you expected.
  • A figure in a guide or study looks wrong — tell us where, and we will check it against the source and correct it.
  • Something on RankProof is hard to use with a keyboard, a screen reader or zoom.
  • A privacy question or a request about your data.

We use your email address only to reply to your message.

Before you write

There are no accounts, so we cannot look up your earlier results: audit reports are deleted after 7 days. If a tool stopped running for you, you may have reached its daily limit for your connection; it resets after a day.

What we cannot do

RankProof is a small, independent project. We cannot audit your site by hand, give legal advice on the European Accessibility Act or do SEO work for you — the free tools and guides are how we help.
